Howdy

My name is JD. I’m from Kaufman, TX, a small town outside of Dallas. I attend Texas A&M University, where I study Recreation Park and Tourism Sciences with a specialization in Youth Development. I minor in Art New Media, with a focus in photography and graphic design. I appreciate you taking the time to view my website. I fell in love with photography the first time I picked up a camera. One of my favorite aspects about photography is that the person behind the lens has the power to capture a moment and freeze it forever. Some of my favorite photos are taken in the mountains, but I also enjoy taking portraits of interesting people. Other things that I enjoy outside of photography include traveling, road trips, naps, movies, snowboarding, mountain biking and spending time with the people that I love the most.
